Delete your Invinite account

This page is for the Invinite app and the Invinite website, operated by Ricasso Studios Limited. You do this in a browser. You do not need the Android or iOS app installed.

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at https://app.invinite.io. If you have forgotten the password, reset it from the sign-in page.
2. Open the menu, then Profile, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted then.

An owner who is not the only person able to sign in is asked to choose the new owner first. If you are the only person who can sign in, deleting the account also deletes the organization.

If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@invinite.io from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my Invinite account”. We may reply to confirm it is you. We complete that request within 30 days of the confirmation.

What we delete

• Your login, name, and email address.
• The organization, its outlets, teams, and the inventory records in them, when you are the only person who can sign in.
• An active subscription on that organization, which is cancelled when the organization is deleted.

What we keep

• Billing records we have to keep for tax and accounting.
• Security logs, for a limited period.
• Copies in backups, until those backups are replaced.
